All prices quoted are in Euros and, unless otherwise stated, include applicable taxes and service charges. Additional fees, such as city taxes, or other local levies, may apply and will be communicated at booking or check-in. Prices are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.

Payment: A deposit is required at booking, with some balances due at check-in or check-out, depending on the booking terms. We accept cash, cheque or credit/ debit card payments through our website.
Check-in: Check-in time for accommodation is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur a fee. For fishing, no arrivals before 11:00 AM. The pegs will be made available from 12:00 PM.
Check-out: Check-out time for accommodation is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee. All outstanding charges must be settled at check-out. For fishing, pegs must be vacated by 9:00 AM.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A parent or legal guardian must provide consent for minors staying without them, along with valid identification.

We strive to accommodate guests with accessibility needs or special requirements. Please notify us at booking to ensure appropriate arrangements, such as accessible rooms or equipment, are available. Availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Parking is available on-site. We are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents. Guests park at their own risk.

We may host events, such as weddings, gatherings or entertainment, which could involve noise or restricted access to certain areas. We will endeavour to notify guests in advance, but no compensation will be offered unless explicitly agreed.

In the unlikely event of a complaint, you agree to communicate with us during the course of your stay, so as to find a friendly solution. If a friendly solution on the spot is not found, then you agree to write a letter within seven days to arrange this affair in a friendly and reasonable manner. Failure to allow us to rectify the complaint may result in you losing any legal rights in respect of the particular matter.

SARL DOMAINE DE LA RIBIERE: siret 452 187 602 00019 is based in France and operates under French Law. All disputes must be settled in France, under French Law.

All data you provide is strictly confidential and will never be given to a third party. Your privacy will be respected. No spam. You will  receive updates / email newsletters from us. You have the right to unsubscribe / be forgotten in accordance with European Law, GDPR May 2018.

We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that you may suffer during the period of your holiday due to accident, illness, bodily injury, or loss or theft of equipment or belongings. It is your responsibility to be adequately fit for any activities undertaken during your stay. If you do suffer any bodily misadventure, you will be promptly referred to a medical specialist at either a pharmacy, doctor or hospital (if required, English-speaking medical specialists are fairly wide-spread).

In the case of Force Majeure, as declared by the French Government and its Laws, when your stay is cancelled as a result of risk or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, or similar events beyond our control, we shall offer you a rescheduled date within 18 months. If this rescheduled date is not suitable to you, then you can claim directly against your travel insurance. Please note that we will not refund your flights, cancellation fees, or any related costs due to any cancellations.

These terms and conditions are between SARL DOMAINE DE LA RIBIERE and the guest. No third party has any rights under these terms unless expressly stated.

Failure by SARL DOMAINE DE LA RIBIERE to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. By booking or staying at DOMAINE DE LA RIBIERE, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
